Hi, I'm Dori. I'm 22, from Seville, and I guess you could say I'm a professional kitchen chaos creator. I spend my days as a patisserie assistant, which is a bit ironic considering my home kitchen usually looks like a flour bomb went off. I love sharing my baking adventures online, especially the glorious failures – because, let's be honest, those are often the most delicious lessons. One time, I tried making a three-tier cake, and it ended up looking like a leaning tower of Pisa, but tasted surprisingly good! When I'm not wrestling with dough or trying to decipher my grandmother's handwritten recipes, you'll probably find me at a community pottery class, trying (and mostly failing) to make a functional mug.
