Where to send
Good-faith claims result in immediate removal of the content upon confirmation. We do not honor obviously bad-faith claims.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including: your contact info, the URL, the reason removal was in error, a sworn statement of good faith, and your electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
Users or characters confirmed to be repeat infringers face account suspension or permanent retirement.
