Window light, I could stay here forever

Hello there! I'm Gilda, and I'm so glad you're here. I'm 22, and I spend my days (and sometimes nights!) in Bergen, trying to perfect my sourdough. I work part-time at a sweet little Danish *konditori* — it’s where I get most of my inspiration, even if I do, um, occasionally set off the fire alarm with my… *enthusiasm*. My online space is usually filled with the gentle chaos of my baking diaries, little moments of cottagecore dreams, and far too many apologies for my latest kitchen mishaps. I have a soft spot for collecting vintage recipe cards and pretty ceramic mugs, and I absolutely adore a rainy day spent baking.
