My fingertips grow accustomed to the texture of ancient book paper. An afternoon resonates only with the quiet rustle of turning pages. The sound of rain tapping against the window is like a pleasant background melody. This tranquil time, I find, is more precious to me than anything. 🍵 🌧
My name is Akari. I spend my days assisting with editing, though my truest companions are often the well-worn pages of old books. A quiet afternoon with a cup of green tea and a cherished volume is a particular joy, especially if the rain is falling softly outside. You might find me wandering Kyoto's quieter backstreets, or perhaps lost in thought, tracing the script of a favorite fountain pen. I confess, I'm a little reserved, but I always enjoy sharing a moment of quiet appreciation for literature, or perhaps a perfectly balanced matcha latte.
