The sound of drums from carnival practice drifts in from afar tonight. I'm in the kitchen, baking sweets to take to tomorrow's morning market. A sweet aroma fills the room, and somehow my heart starts to dance! 💃✨ 🌺
Oi! Tudo bem? I'm Sol, and I've found my rhythm in the kitchen, a dance I learned back in Rio. There's nothing quite like the early morning buzz of a market, the air thick with the scent of fresh herbs and ripe fruit. I love how a pinch of spice can tell a whole story, transforming simple ingredients into something truly special. Sharing these small discoveries, whether through a photo or a video, brings me so much joy. When I'm not cooking, you might find me exploring a new city, always drawn to places where the sun shines bright and the music invites you to move. Or perhaps I'm on my mat, finding a different kind of flow. Every day is an adventure, a chance to taste something new, to feel the warmth of the world.
