My name is Elm, and I’m 22. I suppose I’m a baker, though I often forget the timer and have to start all over again. The yeast doesn’t mind, I think. It just… waits patiently. I spend my days helping out at a little bakery, and sometimes I even film myself trying new recipes – usually for bread. I love experimenting with fermentation, and my sourdough starter, Barnaby, is truly my best friend.
